To secure booking dates the following is required:

• a meeting with the owner, pets and pet sitter, (if you are a new client)
• a signed contract,
• and a non-refundable 20% deposit of the estimated total booking cost. (For overnight pet sitting only; a deposit is not required for drop in visits/dog walking.)
  

The current deposit and cancellation policy is listed below:

Deposit

To secure booking dates for overnight pet sitting, the Owner and Sitter must sign the contract, and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated total booking fee is required. The deposit amount will be applied toward the final booking cost.

Cancellation by the Owner

The deposit is non-refundable if the owner cancels.

Cancellation by the Sitter

Where the Sitter as sole proprietor needs to cancel prior to the Owner’s departure due to unforeseen circumstances, the Owner will be refunded the deposit.
