(Beans, Mila, Aria) Three amigos.

Beans, Mila, Aria…even though you all have distinct behaviors and personalities, you all were such good-natured friends with each other. (or at least tolerated each other 🙂 )

Beans — you are such a cute little bean! I loved our bedtime cuddles with you pressing your little bean body right next to mine. And, I found a fur baby who snores like me! 🙂 LOL. When your sister friends barked, growled to protect the yard or chased a squirrel, you were were right there with them. You definitely know how to hang with the big girls!!

Mila — You are one of the most bouncy fluffy girls I’ve met! A dog who truly loves her ball. 🙂 You had me cracking up when I rolled the ball to you on the floor, then you rolled it back to me! So much fun!

Aria — Such a sweet, sweet “velcro” dog! My heart melts a tiny bit more for you…the way you come up to me and lay your head in my lap or against me needing some reassurance or some loving. So sweet. Although, even with your sweet nature, I know and saw how you would protect me, your family and house. Such a smart girl!

(Leo) King of his land.

Leo…I enjoy watching you survey your land and stand ready at a moment’s notice to protect your land and chase away your enemies! Whether they be deer, squirrels, birds or the local groundhog who lives under the shed, you are alert! But every king needs some recreation. It’s always fun getting out all your toys and playing with you! You can be so silly sometimes. 🙂

(Bella & Brody) Small Bodies, Big Personalities!

You two little ones are full of cuteness and personality!!

Bella…protector, big dog mentality and sweetness. You truly know how to protect your food and any blanket that is nearby! And you definitely think you could take a big dog down! After all that display of toughness, you gently getting on my lap and giving sweet kisses makes me melt. 🙂

Brody…opportunist, big dog mentality, obedience and sweetness. Taking advantage when a gate is left slightly open and you sneak into the other rooms in the house, barking at the big dogs passing by and believing you can actually tear them apart, obediently going into your playpen, and when you lay down on the couch next to me, it is so sweet.

(Miles) Forever in my heart…

Miles. Missing you already. ;( I already miss our walks on the property and your sudden bursts of energy sprinting! I most definitely already miss you greeting me with your little, tiny tail wagging when I would arrive. I already miss your cute sweet face. This is the hardest part about being a pet sitter…bonding with the fur babies and then losing them. Crying as I post this and my family dog is noticing and concerned and trying to comfort me. And THIS is why I LOVE animals…they are such loving and special companions.

(Winston, Ziva, Charlie, Dexter) A full house!

What an adventure it is caring for all of you! The forever ball obsessed Ziva…I think you would play fetch 23 out of the 24 hours in a day! Dexter, you are a very sweet laid back guy. Charlie…what can I say…you definitely make anyone laugh with the way you quickly rotate your body around the log to hide due to your shyness, but first giving a cute stare. Winston, Winston, Winston…the little stinker kitten that you are! You keep everyone on their toes — trying to escape out the door, knocking pens off the counter, whining after the other pet’s food (your family aptly named you “Piggy Winston”), chewing jacket strings, leaping from one surface to another with determination and such ease, harassing the big dog sister, taking full advantage of the free “treat” when you knocked over and opened the cricket container, etc. The list could go on. But as with any little one, your energy only lasts so long and you require that ever so important cat nap, like you are taking now on my computer bag :), so you can get back to those kitten shenanigans!

(Chauncey) Piggy obsessed & loves cuddling.

Chauncey…How would you ever survive without Piggy?! The Piggy that is non-stop in your mouth and you non-politely shove against me and at my face. 🙂 Thank you for sharing your obsession and joy! You give me so much laughter. And your cuddles are so very precious.

Young and wild Lacy. My girl. You are so bouncy, light, fluffy, happy, and young!!! You bring a huge SMILE 🙂 to my face! Except when you get quiet…then I KNOW you are up to something. LOL. You have so many things to learn, but I know you will one day (hopefully soon for your mommy’s sake) figure it all out. Thanks for being Benny’s playmate every so often!
